With the clamp-antenna  you obtain substantially better receiption results as with a passive antenna. The integrated amplifier and the unique receiption technology (in particular for the VHF frequencyrange) are the reasons for these strongly improved receiption characteristics. The small antenna and the extra design was made by the well known german company "Kathrein" and is finally an "eyecatcher" at the Notebook.

By the clamp-mechanism the amplifier antenna can be easily fixed to the screen - even to stronger displays. With this antenna both horizontal and vertically radiated programs can be received in the best way. The appropriate polarization is gayned by vertical or or horizontal mounting at the display.

Normal mobile DVB-t digital receivers do not output 5 V voltage to the active antenna. For this reason a special lead is contained in the scope of supply, which makes supply voltage available for the active antenna.
